Delivery & returns

Checkout is temporarily paused while we complete payment setup. You can browse, add products to your bag and use customer sign-in when the account service is available. No payment is taken or order placed by adding to your bag.

Explore country-specific delivery options in euro or sterling. Northern Ireland is listed for complimentary delivery; UK mainland options include Royal Mail and DHL. Final services, charges and availability are checked before payment when checkout is open. For dispatch timings, delivery questions or help arranging a return, contact our team with your order reference. Please contact us before posting anything back.

Club-branded orders are quoted individually, including quantities, pricing and lead times.

Euro, sterling & international delivery

Choose EUR or GBP in the header. Sterling prices are managed independently, and your currency preference is saved in this browser. Delivery services depend on the country and address; any provisional rates must be confirmed before online orders open. For an event deadline or a destination that is not listed, ask our Galway team for advice.

Materials & care

Every KAMA piece has its own combination of yarns, linings and protective technologies. Check the individual product details and always follow the care label on your garment.

Your customer account

Sign in with your email address and password, or create a customer account. If account access is temporarily unavailable, you can still browse and save products to your bag. Forgotten your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page.

Your bag and currency preference stay in this browser. Signing in does not currently move your bag between devices or reserve stock. Signing out leaves the bag on this device, so remove its items if you are using a shared browser.

Your information

Customer accounts are authenticated by Supabase. Email sign-in uses a protected session cookie. Google or Apple sign-in can also keep a Supabase session in browser storage until sign-out. See our privacy notice and cookie and storage policy for details and controls.

Shopping-bag items and your currency preference are stored locally in your browser. When community ratings are available, an anonymous browser cookie helps manage repeat votes. Ratings cannot be submitted while that service is unavailable.

The club customiser previews your uploaded artwork in the browser. When online enquiries are connected, submitting a request saves its contact details and any original artwork privately for our team to assess. If online enquiries are unavailable, the form prepares an email instead. Review it and choose Send in your own email app; attach your original artwork there when needed. Preparing an email does not submit it.

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry. When checkout opens, order and delivery details are used to process and fulfil your purchase. PayPal handles payment credentials; KAMA Golf does not collect your card number. For questions about your information, email info@kamagolf.com.
