WHY IT BELONGS IN THE CONVERSATION
Two Atlantic links. One enduring reputation.
Ballybunion dates to 1893 and has grown into a two-course links club on Kerry’s Atlantic coast. The Old Course and Cashen Course give visitors different ways to experience its dunes. Its enduring appeal comes from the relationship between the ground and the sea, rather than a uniform parkland-style route.
For a first visit, understand which course your booking covers and allow time for the club’s visitor arrangements. The current guidance asks each visiting group to take at least one caddie or forecaddie. Access, seasonal work and tee times can change; the club’s reservations team is the direct source for the round you are planning.
